Right Of Withdrawal & Return Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 30 from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery. The customer shall bear the costs of returning the goods in the event of withdrawal, irrespective of the value of the goods.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of your revocation (e.g. by e-mail). To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Within 14 calendar days of the notice of withdrawal, the respective products must be returned, if possible intact and in the original packaging, to the following address:

Refund conditions

Any return accepted will result in a refund of the purchase price of the respective products, excluding standard shipping costs, within 14 days after the quantitative and qualitative inspection of the returned products.

Please note that your right of return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please always return products in their original packaging. You should also return all product information, documentation and packaging.
